1. Scope of Service
- We R Wash offers a wash & fold service with home pickup and delivery.
- Ironing and specialized stain treatment are not included unless explicitly requested and will be charged separately.
2. Pickup and Delivery Process
- Pickup and delivery will be carried out at the address provided by the customer within our service coverage areas.
- Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Customers must ensure that clothes are placed in an accessible suitcase or bag for easy pickup and delivery by our driver.
- Alternatively, someone must be available at the agreed location and time to hand over and receive the laundry.
3. Clothing Classification
- Customers are encouraged to identify any delicate items or garments requiring special care.
- We also recommend indicating the total number of items sent for washing and folding to help ensure accurate delivery.
4. Damages and Liability
- We follow standard washing protocols and handle all garments with care, using processes that we believe best suit each item's fabric and condition.
- We are not responsible for items that shrink, bleed color, or are damaged due to material defects or incorrect care labels.
- We are not responsible for any items left in pockets (cash, documents, jewelry, etc.).
- We are not liable for embellishments, buckles, beads, buttons, bells, or sequins that may come loose or be damaged.
- We are not responsible for items not claimed within 30 days of billing.
5. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time is 24 to 48 hours.
- For priority delivery within less than 12 hours, an additional fee will apply.
- During high-demand periods, delivery times may be extended. Clients will be informed in a timely manner.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.
- Rescheduling is allowed at no extra cost if requested at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled time.
7. Payments and Billing
- Payment must be made upon confirmation of home delivery, via cash, card, or digital transfer.
- In the case of pending payments, the company may withhold the delivery until payment is completed.
8. Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued once clothes have been processed and delivered.
- If the customer is dissatisfied with the service, they must notify us within 24 hours of delivery for us to assess a possible resolution.
- Company liability for any lost or damaged item will not exceed the cost charged for processing that item.
9. Hygiene and Safety
- Our entire washing process meets high standards of hygiene and disinfection.
- All garments are handled exclusively by trained personnel following strict cleanliness protocols.
10. Agreement Form
- By using our service, you agree to receive text messages and emails from We R Wash. We send you updates like order confirmations, pick-up and delivery notifications, and occasional service announcements, ensuring you’re always in the loop. We respect your privacy and use your contact information solely to keep you informed, so you can enjoy more free time without worrying about your laundry. If you ever wish to opt out of these communications, just let us know.
